TERMS OF PURCHASE
All images in familydesign's range may never be reproduced or otherwise used in commercial contexts without familydesign.se and the respective licensee / author's written consent.
Right of withdrawal and complaint.
All our products have a one-year warranty and a three-year warranty. The warranty covers defects that were on the product upon delivery, defective or damaged goods are replaced at no extra cost. When you shop with us, you have no right of withdrawal according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises § 11, as we specially manufacture the board according to your order.
Warranty and product defects.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with our product, but should the unexpected occur, the following applies: familydesign.se provides a one-year warranty on all products against original defects. Faults caused by wear, incorrect installation or negligence are not compensated.
Our image motifs are quality assured and the products are manufactured in high quality materials and in modern and appropriate production facilities. Throughout the manufacturing process, there are built-in control steps to ensure a flawless product. Despite this, we recommend that you always check the product before hanging so that no manufacturing defects or transport damage has occurred. We also want to inform that images can be reproduced differently in terms of tone, hue and resolution depending on the performance and lighting conditions of different monitors. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for or held liable for differences between monitor and delivered product.
Complaints and errors.
Should errors be discovered, we ask you to send documentation with a photo and a short description to info@familydesign.se as soon as possible, and we will normally provide feedback within a working day with an action plan. Do not return products to familydesign.se without first contacting customer service. If the cause is a manufacturing defect or transport damage, we will of course replace the product free of charge with a new one.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a private individual have three years to complain about an original defect in a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered. In the event of a complaint after the end of the warranty period, however, it is the buyer who must demonstrate that faults to be noted already existed at the time of delivery.
Other information.
To guarantee a good end result, it is important that the accompanying instructions are followed. We reserve the right to printing errors, errors in information, and errors in the specification of all articles and services in our range.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this agreement shall be settled in Swedish courts.
